Hi, I’m JM Ayao. My background is in engineering, where I’ve spent over 16 years working in the semiconductor industry, currently as an R&D Engineer. In my role, I regularly handle reporting, data tracking, documentation, and coordination with different teams. I’m used to working with Excel, managing detailed information, and making sure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Because of this, I’ve developed strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. I’m now transitioning into Virtual Assistant work because I want to apply these skills in a remote setup. I’m reliable, quick to learn new tools, and I take pride in being consistent and responsive in everything I do.
